Regional Vending is a Mississauga-based company with more than 40 years behind it. Our office is at 1520 Trinity Dr, Mississauga, ON L5T 1N9, and our routes run out from there: Mississauga and Etobicoke first, then Oakville, Milton and Burlington.
We do a lot of business in Mississauga and Etobicoke, and much of our week is spent there and in Oakville. That is deliberate: the closer our sites are to each other, the easier they are to keep stocked and serviced. We would rather run tight routes than stretch them thin.

Our team handles delivery, installation and setup. Where a machine needs an electrical outlet, we install it at our own expense.

If a machine needs service, our team repairs or replaces it. Every machine carries a service sticker with a number to call or text.

Across our service area, we place machines in manufacturing plants, warehouses and distribution centres, industrial sites, car dealerships and condominium buildings.
We typically recommend at least 80 employees or regular customers to support a vending program. Some of the sites we serve are far bigger than that: a grocery distribution operation in Etobicoke with about 1,000 people, and a candle factory and a box factory in Mississauga with about 400 and 250.
What goes in depends on the site: snack machines, cold beverage machines and refrigerated fresh food machines, many of them with card and mobile payments. Refrigerated food machines are ideal for larger teams or longer shifts, where people benefit from quick access to fresh food without leaving the building.

Snack machines, cold beverage machines and refrigerated fresh food machines, alone or together. We help determine the right mix for your location. Coffee machines go only into select locations.
Can we choose what goes in the machines?
Yes. We work closely with each location to stock what people actually want, from popular snacks and drinks to healthier options, and we adjust the selection based on feedback.

Many of our machines accept debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets, which makes buying quick and reduces the need for cash.
Do we have to sign a contract?
